Aubrey Allan Heward, aged 64 years, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2005, after having suffered a massive stroke.
He was the beloved husband of Betty, of Granum, loving father of Linda (Rob) Olsen and Cheryl (Tom) Simanton. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Joshua, Cale, Braeden and Talynn; two brothers, Lorne (Audrey) Heward and Bev (Nancy) Heward; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Allan was predeceased by his parents, Jack and Winnie Heward and his sister Myrna.
He worked at Safeway Shelter Systems for 18 years and the Claresholm Care Centre for the past 24 years.
The family would like to thank everyone for their support, especially the staff at the Foothills Hospital, Calgary for their excellent care of our husband, father, grandfather and brother.

Services were held on Monday, Feb. 7, 2005, at 2 p.m. at Leyden’s Funeral Home, Claresholm, with Rev. Aldeen McKay officiating.
