Burbank, Bradley Donald

Bradley Donald Burbank passed away suddenly on Saturday, May 13, 2006, at the age of 13 years. Bradley was born Oct. 29, 1992 in Lethbridge.
He is the fifth child of Daniel and Robin Burbank of Fort Macleod. He is survived by his parents and his siblings Brandi Smith (Collin), Brett, Ashley, Mark, Naomi, and Hannah Burbank, and his nephew Nathaniel Smith. He is also survived by his grandparents, Joan Burbank, Patricia and Don Humphreys, Don and Carol Firth, and his great grandfather Charles McKay. Brad was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Wayne Daniel Burbank only hours earlier that day.
Brad was in Grade 7 at G.R. Davis school. He was involved in the Scouting program, and volunteered with the Cubs. Brad participated in 4-H. He played basketball, ran cross country and although he just started playing rugby, he really enjoyed it. Brad was interested in computers. He liked to read, especially about dragons.
Brad enjoyed life, tried his hardest to be good at all he did, and was always willing to help. He always had a smile on his face. Brad was an exemplary young man who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Friends met the family on Thursday, May 18, 2006, from 7-8:30 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Fort Macleod, and prior to the service on Friday from 10-10:45 a.m.
Funeral services were held on Friday, May 19, 2006, at 11 a.m. at the Fort Macleod LDS Chapel, with Bishop Brian Waldie officiating. Interment followed in the Union Cemetery, Fort Macleod.
