Flyers post rugby win

The F.P. Walshe Flyers rode roughshod Wednesday over their visitors from Medicine Hat.
The Flyers pounded out a 32-5 high school senior girls rugby league victory over Medicine Hat Kwahommies.
Sydney Plourde and Carlee Prete each scored two tries for the Flyers.
Cassie Walmsley scored one try and booted a convert and Chelsey Joel also had one try.
Corrine Riley scored the only try for the Kwahommies.
In the junior varsity game, F.P. Walshe edged Medicine Hat High 12-5.
Bailey Perry and Tess Brown scored tries for the Flyers and Ashley Gunderson kicked one convert.
Avery Taves scored the try for Medicine Hat.
Next action for the Flyers is Thursday, May 12 at 5 p.m. when they host Chinook High from Lethbridge.
