Mary Thompson, beloved wife of Chuck (Charlie) Thompson for 62 years, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014, at 4:30 a.m. in Fort Macleod.
Mary’s son Gary predeceased her on March 9, 2011; mother Eade (Angell) Hunter on Dec. 17, 2001; and father Bill (William) Hunter on Jan. 29, 1952.
Mary is survived by her husband Chuck (Charlie); daughters Wanda, Darlene and Trina; seven grandchildren, Jerry (Crystal), Jennifer, Mary, Brian (Lisa), Carlos, Dustin and Brandon; five great grandchildren, Seth, Jasmine, Spencer, Wyatt and Emma; and siblings Clarence Hunter, Carol (Albert) Huisman and Roy (Christina) Hunter.
Friends may meet with the family and pay their respects on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014, from 9:30 a.m., to 10:15 a.m.
The funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m., at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 643 20th St., Fort Macleod. Interment to take place in Orton Cemetery.
