School board trustees updated on Fort Macleod school modernizations

The modernization of W.A. Day and F.P. Walshe schools in Fort Macleod is still on track to be finished on time.
Livingstone Range School Board was updated on the progress of the modernization Feb. 10 by associate superintendent of business services Jeff Perry.
Perry reported the general contractor has met with the sub-trades, and they will soon be mobilized for F.P. Walshe school.
Asbestos abatement also continues at W.A. Day.
“We’re still within the timeframe to be completed by 2016 September,” Perry said.
