Police charge two men in murder investigation

RCMP have charged two men with second degree murder in connection with the death of a man Feb. 23 on the Blood Indian Reserve.
Shortly after 11 p.m. Feb. 23 Blood Tribe Police Service responded to a report of a man in distress.
Rance Bearhat, 26, was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
RCMP Major Crimes South conducted a homicide investigation and with assistance from the RCMP interview assistance team, Blood Tribe Police and Cardston RCMP charged two men.
Stanley Troy Big Sorrel Horse, 36, and 32-year-old Justin Chad Big Sorrel Horse have been charged with second degree murder.
Both men were remanded in custody and scheduled to appear in Lethbridge provincial court this week.
The investigation is ongoing.
