Frances Cesar (nee Fitzpatrick) — 1930-2005
Frances Cesar (nee Fitzpatrick) passed away on Sunday, Dec. 25, 2005, at the age of 75. Frances was born in Granum on Dec. 16, 1930. She was a life-long resident where she was active in both the community and her church. Many people also came to know her through her work at the post office. Frances will be lovingly remembered by her husband Ed; children Wendy (Bernie), Dan, Renee (Jason) and Martin; as well as grandchildren Madison, Bronwyn, Rowan, McIvor, Calie, Kristen, Taryn, Amy and Alec. She is also survived by sisters Beatrice (Joe), Bernice (Vern), Pat (Laurie); sister-in-law Anne; and many nieces and nephews. Frances was predeceased by parents Dalton and Fedilia and brother Allan. Relatives and friends met for prayers at Christ The King Catholic Church, 344-50th Ave. W., Claresholm on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2005, at 7 p.m. Funeral mass was celebrated at Christ The King Catholic Church on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2005, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Ben Marino, celebrant. Interment followed in the Granum Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Schizophrenia Society
