John Berry (Black Jack) Butler— 2007

   Black Jack Butler has 'gone fishing'
   After a long and difficult battle with cancer John Berry (Black Jack) Butler has gone fishin' to catch "the one that got away."
   His family extends their gratitude for the compassion and care given to him by the Tom Baker Cancer Centre, The Calgary Foothills Hospital, St. Michael's Palliative Care, and especially to Vitalaire, Lethbridge Community Care and the nurses and staff at Park Meadows Lodge (Good Samaritans North).
   At Jack's request no funeral service will be held.
