It is with deep sadness the family of Sheila
Collar announces her passing at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Wednesday,
May 23, 2007, after battling with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease).
Sheila was born in Fort Macleod and raised in Cardston. She raised
her family in Fort Macleod and lived here until 1992 when she moved to
Lethbridge.
Sheila is survived by her best friend Ken Collar; by her children
Heather and Michael (Tanya); grandchildren Brenden, Jayme and Jesse; her
mother Zola Cardwell; five sisters, Colleen (Gary) Leavitt, Wendy (Allan)
Wallace, Laurie (Ed) Crossman, Marnie (Frank) Houle and Kelly Cardwell; one
brother, Randy (Judy) Gawley; and many family and friends.
Sheila was predeceased by her first mother Kaye Cardwell and her
father Bill Cardwell.
We love you and miss you, may you rest in peace.
Funeral service was held in the chapel at Eden's Funeral Home, 2424
Fifth Ave., Fort Macleod, on Saturday, May 26, 2007, at 2 p.m.
Interment followed at Union Cemetery, Fort Macleod.
