Don Davis— 1936 - 2008
| Don Davis passed away in
Lethbridge on Friday, Nov. 14, 2008, at the age of 72 surrounded by his
children. Don was born June 25, 1936 to William and Edna Davis in Fort Macleod. Don worked for George H. Scougall Garage as a parts manager until his retirement in 1987. Don enjoyed camping, hunting, and fishing in the West Castle area with friends and family. He could also be found working on projects in his shop or watching the birds in the yard. Don had a great sense of humor and loved to share a laugh.Don is survived by loving companion, Jean Sauter; and his children, Dan and Laurie (Rick and Monica, Ryan, Erin and Sean, Megan), Brenda (Darcie), Mike and Maureen, Greg and Sherry (Kori, Justin); his brothers Stanley (Red) and Marion (Nifty), Norm and Barb; and sister Irene and Roy McGregor. Don was predeceased by his parents Will and Edna, brother Allen, son Ricky, and grandson Eric. There will be no funeral service at Don’s request. |
