Robyn Walters (nee McNab), born Feb. 28, 1956, passed away tragically April 16, 2002, near Cheadle, Alta.
She is lovingly missed by her two sons A.J. and Matthew; her mother Wanda; a sister Sherry Fleming of St. Alberta; three very dear and loving friends, Rod Burton of Fort Macleod, Caroline Goldenbeld of Fort Macleod, and Bob Urwin; and several aunts and cousins.
She was predeceased by her father Bob McNab.
Robyn was born in Calgary and lived with her parents in Nanton for three years before the family moved to Medicine Hat, and finally back to Fort Macleod. Later the family moved out to the Doorkey Ranch.
Robyn took her entire schooling in Fort Macleod, graduating in June 1974. After taking a secretarial course in Lethbridge Robyn moved to Calgary, working for a law office.
She lived there for about six years before moving to the small community of Landgon, Alta., where she quickly made many friends. She resided there until her untimely passing.
Memorial services were held in Calgary for friends and family. A private family interment will be held in Fort Macleod at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial donations to the charity of their choice, including Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).
