Lillian Rhea McLean passed away peacefully at Fort Macleod on Monday, March, 26, 2007, at the age of 98 years.

She was also organist for the Eastern Star for many years.
Lillian attended Normal school in Calgary and taught school for eight years at the school located south of Fort Macleod.
Lillian, along with Ann Craig and Marion Reach, formed a group to assist the United Church Ladies Aid and called the group the Lewis Auxiliary in memory of Rev. Lewis, who served as the Trinity United minister from 1918-’20. She served as president for many years.
Lillian was very involved in many community activities over the years and her dedication to her church and community was recognized when she was named Fort Macleod Citizen of the Year in 1980 by the Fort Macleod Chamber of Commerce.
