Perret, Clifford (Cliff)

Clifford (Cliff) Perret of Granum, long-time resident and manager of the Save More Store, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010, at the age of 87 years.
Cliff is lovingly remembered by his family, including wife of 60 years Stella; children Gordon (Holly), Brian (predeceased) DIL Cheryl, Brenda (Shawn), Carol (Myles); six grandchildren; one brother Ron (Lee); and many more family and friends.
Cliff was born in Duck Lake, Sask. in 1923. He served in World War Two from Aug. 26, 1943 until June 5, 1946. He then moved back to Saskatchewan where he married Stella and started a hardware and TV repair shop in Duck Lake.
Cliff, Stella and Gordon, Brian and Brenda moved to Alberta in 1961 where he then became the manager of the Save More Store in Granum. Carol was born in 1963.
Cliff retired in 1989.
Celebration of life will be held at Granum United Church on Friday, Sept. 10, 2010, at 2 p.m.
