Wintemute, Larry George

Larry George Wintemute of Calgary passed away at the age of 61 in the Tom Baker Cancer Centre on Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011.
Larry is survived by his beloved wife, Laurel (nee Trotter), and cherished sons, Ryan (Kerri) and Scott, as well as his loving mother, Magdaline (Puggie); sister Dianne (Al) Yarmoloy; brother Cameron (Colleen); mother-in-law and father-in-law Norma and Lawrence Trotter; brothers-in-law Ron (Carol) Trotter and Jason (Tamara) Trotter; sisters-in-law Chris (Rory) MacLeod and Kathy Trotter; as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews whom he adored.
Larry was predeceased by his father Adrian (Junior); brother-in-law and wife, Craig and Anna Trotter; and nephews Cameron Wintemute and Quinn Yarmoloy.
Larry was born on April 27, 1950 and raised on a farm south of Fort Macleod which remained very near to his heart. He was a very kind and generous man who always put others before himself.
Larry’s greatest pride and accomplishment was his family and his multitude of friends, all of whom will miss him greatly.
A memorial service was held in Calgary on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011. In memory of Larry, donations may be made to a charity of their choice. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
