Gun safe located; rifles missing

The RCMP last week recovered a gun safe stolen from a rural Fort Macleod residence.
The six firearms that were in the safe are still missing.
Between July 29 and Aug. 6 someone broke into a residence in rural Fort Macleod Alberta and stole a large gun safe containing six long guns.
The missing firearms include:
• A Ruger rifle 10/22 with a Bushnell scope. This rifle is a white camouflage and was a special order. It has 50th anniversary engraved on the slide.
• A Savage 22 cal. bolt action rifle. The rifle is black and was missing the bolt.
• A Remington 870 12 gauge shotgun. The shotgun is a black pump action with no wood.
• A Cooey 12 gauge, break action shotgun with a duck head wood burned into the stock and “camo” taped.
• A Cooey 12 gauge break action shotgun with a wolf engraved into the stock and “Tom” engraved under the stock.
• A Remington rifle 270 with Bushnell scope. The rifle is grey with “camo” tape.
