1976-2019
Mr. Chad Hornberger of Fort Macleod passed away peacefully on Thursday, Dec. 5, 2019, at the age of 42 years.
Forever missed and loved by his mom Merline (John) Heal; father Barry (Leslie-Anne) Hornberger; sister Kelly (Rob) Thibeau; nephews Ben and Jax; his cherished daughter Chesney; and his love Leilani and children Rylee, Rope and Newt. Chad is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and his gramma Shirley Stewart.
Chad was predeceased by his baby brother Stephen Dale; grandpa C.D. Stewart; and grandparents Joe and Dorothy Hornberger.
Chad was born in Lethbridge and spent his life in Fort Macleod. In his early twenties Chad realized his dream of trucking with his dad in Hornberger Trucking. Chad loved to play any sports and be with his friends and family. He met Leilani and together they realized Chad’s dream of being a “dad” to his precious Chesney.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2019, at the Fort Macleod and District Community Hall, 301 25th St, Fort Macleod.
